Hi , Id like to start By saying that Most songs by Traffic Jam were written by My Sister Nancy Lynn Urquart & Keyboards to, guitar by Bob Urquart & vocals mostly by Myself & Bob. such good times. we use to rent a farmhouse together & after 1 Great party There were bodies lying around everywhere that stayed all night, Cars stuck on the Muddy lawn & empties forever.
The living room was a Great room with a big big Bar & a stage with all our equipment on it. Nancy had woke uo early (Weird) and started playing this tune in her head. Im lying in bed listning to her ,when I heard the guitar playing and calling me , Bob had crawled out of bed and had joined her. I Dragged myself down the stairs & into the room & could see them in their Jammies playing away, Nancy gave me som roughly written lyrics so I started singing as it was Perfect hangover music -kinda Bluesy Finnaly either Rick or ed made it in and picked up the sticks & gave us a beat -That turned into “ I think im going out of my head “ and we loved it . Jamming is so much fun!!
